Over the eight years at Omaze I moved from a Graphic Designer up to a Creative Director leading the brand team and overseeing all things visual across the org, from UI/UX, marketing, live events and office design, below is small snapshot of my time there.

A key component of our brand was finding creative ways to market our winners and their stories to the community who participated in the campaign. I lead the team that worked on all of our winner content across all channels, below is one example of a winner story.

Win a $3.2M Dream Home in Austin, Texas.

On of our first home prizes was in Austin, Texas. A beautiful contemporary home that needed to be staged and marketed to our customers.

After a winner was randomly selected we had 48 hours to gather a crew and get on a flight to Austin and convince our winner to fly out without knowing what he won, all so we could truly surprise him with this truly life-changing prize.

THE IMPACT

$1,000,000 Raised, 200 Scholarships granted.

The Austin Dream House raised funds for Folds of Honor and their work to help the family of veterans and fallen soldiers pursue educations. Over 200 Scholarships were funded by the incredible Omaze community, watch one grantee receive the incredible news.

Ben Affleck Surprises Fans in the Batmobile

To kick off our campaign for Batman VS. Superman we created a viral video with Ben Affleck at Warner Brothers Studios in the car showroom. We hid Ben inside the new Batmobile and surprised fans.

To help engage the DC fandom and increase donations to charity we worked with Warner Brothers and DC Animation to design exclusive merchandise like T-shirts, Mugs, Posters, Digital Art and more. featuring the iconic Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman.

Harrison Ford Surprises Star Wars Fans

To kick off our campaign for Star Wars the Force Awakens we created a viral video with Harrison Ford to surprise Star Wars super fans live on video chat. The video was featured on the Today Show, Good Morning America and more.

Exclusive Merchandise

Working with Disney, Bad Robot and Lucas Films we developed a set of t-shirts to funds for all types of Star Wars Fans. The exclusive merchandise available only though a $100 donation to the campaign brought in an additional $1M+ in donations.

Omaze Dream House Secondary Mark

When we launched our home prize category we needed a way to differentiate our homes across the US and the UK. We developed a new sub-branding category that unified the product category but also accentuated the unique character of the city featured.

Each font was designed to evoke the culture and aesthetic of the chosen city.
